We pride ourselves on the highest standards of quality. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please return it to us for replacement. Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please send us an email at chat@peacesprouts.com and forward your item, along with a receipt or proof of purchase and your shipping & contact information, to: 9393 N. 90th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona 85258.

Your exchange will be processed within 30 days. If you do not receive your replacement item within 30 days, please contact us directly at chat@bekindwearpeace.com.

While you will be initially responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of your item to us, we will reimburse your account for standard shipping fees (up to $5.00 USD) for product that is confirmed to be damaged or defective.

When shipping items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
